COMMUNICATE
Why is it, that even with 24/7 communication access using today's technology, it seems harder than ever to communicate - for example, to get a phone call returned or an email responded to properly? It's not complicated or difficult, after all. If you contact us, Resolution gets back to you in a prompt and timely manner. And in those rare instances where we cannot, we'll still let you know why.
NUTS & BOLTS
In our opinion (and we think many share that opinion), the ineffectiveness, poor results and/or outright failure of many products or services is a result of not addressing the nuts and bolts of a task or operation. It may be a cliché developed long ago, but as we like to say, "There's a reason clichés become a cliché." If the nuts and bolts are overlooked, how solid is the rest of a foundation and what else might be missing?
ATTENTION TO DETAIL
We strongly dislike errors - typographical, design, factual or whatever the nature might be. Resolution believes that the ability to effectively avoid or identify/correct errors represents several degrees of separation between the sub-par and superior. Our clients prefer the latter.
CHARACTER COUNTS
Clients expect results. Resolution delivers. But we also believe it is important to distinguish ourselves - and our clients, by doing so in a meaningful manner that is honest, sincere and consistent with our guiding principles.
SOME THINGS ARE BEST KEPT TO OUR CLIENTS
Confidentiality can be critical for a variety of reasons, legal or otherwise, in today's competitive marketplace. But too many firms and their associates spend time touting their work at their clients' expense. If our client wants the world to know about their business, we'll tell them. Otherwise, there's the peace of mind knowing that we value your privacy - period.
WHAT'S IN A NAME
Resolution means we define with clarity, settle the issue, find the solution or solve the problem in a common sense and thorough manner befitting the trust and confidence our clients place in us. In short, "We Cross the T's and Dot the I's™."
